Ingredients (Makes 2 rolls):
- 1 lb (450g) cooked lobster meat (chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives or parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 split-top hot dog buns (or brioche buns)
Instructions:
